At Arka Information Systems, we’re dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences. We’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to make sure that all our customers receive their help in the shortest time possible.

What You’ll Do

• Flexibly respond to the customer’s queries or concerns through email, chat, or call.
• Record all the customer complaints and commentaries in our support systems appropriately.
• Refer detailed problems to the correct departments or workers for handling.

What We’re Looking For

• The ability to communicate effectively both, orally and in writing.
• Applause and understanding when it comes to customers’ complaints.
• Volatility in handling multiple jobs in a complex working environment.
